u9k Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

CLAUSE 1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for, access, or use the u9k platform in any capacity. By proceeding with registration, you warrant that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. If u9k discovers at any point that a user is underage, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source where technically possible.

CLAUSE 1.2

Geographic Eligibility

u9k is designed for players residing in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is not prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction before registering. u9k does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in every location. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law may not use the platform.

CLAUSE 1.3

KYC Verification

u9k reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

CLAUSE 2.1

One Account Per Person

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active account on the u9k platform. Creating or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. u9k uses technical controls to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection, forfeit any associated bonuses or winnings, and may withhold deposited funds pending investigation.

CLAUSE 2.2

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify u9k support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. u9k cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user has failed to protect their credentials.

CLAUSE 2.3

Account Suspension and Closure

u9k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it determines, on reasonable grounds, that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension pending investigation, deposited funds will be held securely and released upon resolution where no breach is found.

CLAUSE 3.1

Deposits

All deposits must be made through the payment methods listed in your u9k account dashboard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT. Deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT with no conversion fee. u9k does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used to deposit must belong to the account holder. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be voided and returned.

CLAUSE 3.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. u9k aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or during technical maintenance.

CLAUSE 3.3

Currency and Conversion

The u9k platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion charges applied to any deposit or withdrawal transaction. u9k does not guarantee fixed exchange rates for players who choose to fund their account through any method denominated in a foreign currency — all such conversions are the responsibility of the originating payment service and not of u9k.

CLAUSE 4.1

Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotions offered by u9k are subject to individual terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry timeframes. Each promotion page will state the specific T&C applicable to that offer. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

CLAUSE 4.2

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games within the specified validity period. Bets placed using bonus funds on games not listed as eligible will not count toward the wagering requirement.

CLAUSE 4.3

Bonus Abuse

u9k actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts; placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk; and exploiting technical errors or misconfigurations in the promotion system. Where bonus abuse is detected, u9k reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account. Legitimate errors discovered by a player must be reported to support immediately — exploitation of known errors is treated as abuse.

CLAUSE 5.1

Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to defraud u9k or other players — including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks initiated after withdrawal of winnings, false identity documents submitted during KYC, or manipulation of game outcomes through technical means — constitutes fraudulent activity and will be reported to relevant authorities in addition to immediate account action.

CLAUSE 5.2

Collusion and Cheating

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including sharing card information in live poker, coordinating bets to exploit platform mechanics, or using third-party software to automate or predict game outcomes — is strictly forbidden. u9k uses automated detection systems and manual review to identify suspicious betting patterns and will act on any confirmed case of collusion without prior warning.

CLAUSE 5.3

Money Laundering

The u9k platform must not be used for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. u9k complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where required. Any account found to be involved in money laundering will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be frozen and referred for investigation.

CLAUSE 6.1

Player Protection Tools

u9k is committed to responsible gaming. All registered users have access to the following self-management tools from their account settings at no cost: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable indefinitely). These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

CLAUSE 6.2

Age Verification and Minor Protection

u9k takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. In addition to age verification at registration, u9k may conduct further age checks at any time. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the platform using your account or device, you must contact u9k support immediately. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access their u9k account or device while logged in.

CLAUSE 7.1

Intellectual Property

All content on the u9k platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the property of u9k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the u9k platform without prior written consent from u9k.

CLAUSE 7.2

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u9k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from server downtime, game malfunctions, delayed payments due to technical issues, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers. u9k's total liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

CLAUSE 8.1

Amendments to These Terms

u9k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, u9k will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

CLAUSE 8.2

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the u9k platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. u9k will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved bilaterally, both parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.
